Philosophy:To make a cool piece, that would look great standing on a shelf or desk, in the Gamer Room, Office, or even Kids Room.Simple yet Detailed. Retro yet Futuristic. Mechanical yet Analog.Made freestyle, with no particular reference to anything.But I didn´t want to leave it at that, I wanted to make it functional as well, so I made a inside mechanism, so it will shoot projectiles, when a spring is added. Easy to put together, and easy to use. You just put the ball in the barrel, pull on the back handle, and let go.NO SPRING in the design:A variety of springs can be used.Max width 9mm. Center hole 5mm.Spring chamber length is 55mm, but I managed to put a 80mm in there, because it was fairly soft, and compressed during installation, but I ended up with several shorter springs instead of one, as they where more powerful.Spring/Springs that amount to shorter than 55mm, will result in a loose handle.The barrel is optimized inside for 10-11mm balls, but will shoot other things with mixed results.I shoot 10mm, 4g steel balls out of mine, and they hit fairly hard, but power will depend on the spring used.I made mine in 0.1mm with ****** Rapid PETG. I would not try the Cannon in PLA, unless you purely use it as a decoration, though i did make the Sight, Screws, Arm Rods, and Bottom Rod in PLA, using 3DE Premium Silky Copper.It can be printed in 0.2mm, but you get more detail and a smoother barrel with 0.1mm.Size: 151mm x 94mm x 76. Weighs is around 130g.Parts List:1x Cannon:4 Walls, 50% Infill. I used support ("Snug" with 5% "Threshold Angle" in Orca).1x Barrel:4 Walls, 50% Infill.1x Back Piece (Handle):4 Walls, 10% Infill.1x Spring holder:4 Walls, 85% Infill. Strongest printed on the side with support ("Snug" with 5% "Threshold Angle" in Orca).1x Sight and/or No-Sight Piece.3 Walls, Has no Infill.1x Stand:4 Walls, 50% Infill.2x Stand Arm Rods:4 Walls 85% Infill.2x Stand Legs:4 Walls 85% Infill. I used support ("Tree", with 5% Threshold Angle" in Orca).1x Bottom Rod:4
