It can be used to construct a cart to traverse DECOMMISSIONED railroads.
I am currently working on my own cart and might update this if it works with these wheels.

I plan on cutting a 3/4in all-thread rod and welding it to a longer and stronger axel. Then I will screw a 3/4in hex nut with a compression washer to secure it.

Outer dia = 100mm
Outer top dia ≈ 69.4mm
Inner dia = 60mm

static load tested with 485N (seen in the second image) with no deformities
tested with PLA-CF, but it probably works with your hardest filament
----note the relatively small Fₐ due to a shared load between 4 wheels.
----(tested for ~200lbs but can likely hold much more)
