First off, to make this work, you will need a 22mm (Outside Diameter) by 8mm (Inside Diameter) ball bearing. This will provide smooth motion.Second, you will also need a tiny bit of glue. Glue "Ring 1" to "Ring 2", with one of the circles rotated 90° as shown in the photos. This will make it, so the plate stays level as it swings up and down.3rd, yes, there is some assembly required, but it is not hard at all.
