Functioning Hellraiser Puzzle Box (The Lament configuration - art by artist064)

This is a remix of the 4.2e Puzzle Box from tmackay - below are complete instructions on how to assemble with spring mechanism, where to get the spring and Tips as well!!

I've included links to video's showing assembly, how it works, etc. at the end of this summary.

These are the only 4 files needed:
Upper, Lower, Core and the Stand.

Below is the link to the original video from the 4.2 version where he shows how to assemble. Watching his video on how to assemble is a must!

His video does include an extra "optional" core to make the puzzle more difficult - I did NOT use this optional piece... It's already far too tricky as-is.

For the locking/spring mechanism, I used a METALLIXITY Compression Springs (0.7x5mm OD,305mm Free Length).
I cut the spring to 4 - 4.25 inches which seems to work perfectly. Here's the link I used on Amazon for the spring:
