This is a lightsaber I carefully designed with electronics and dueling in mind, the blade casing's diameter should be 32mm. I used an A23 12V battery for power, and a generic pushbutton with a diameter of 6.8mm for the clearence, and a 1/2'' dowel rod to hold the LEDs and to gtive the blade some structure to it. I suggest the use of some sort of tape on the grip, I used black electrical tape, you will also need to print 10 of the lower grip inserts. In addition the blade end cap is deisgned to work with a 32mm diameter casing and the 1/2'' wooden dowel. Good luck and happy printing!
