First off, let me please ask that if you like these designs and find them useful please do like, follow and share my content. And if you have any ideas or concepts to modify the content I would love to hear!
I designed this quickly in Fusion 360 to trial some parametric modelling concepts. This is a venturi that you can modify by changing the input parameters to the design.
These are:
'aftSectLength' = length of aft-section
'midSectLength' = length of mid-section
'frontSectLength' = length of front section
'midSectDia' = inside diameter of mid section
'inletDia' = inside diameter of inlet (front) section
'outletDia' = inside diameter of outlet (aft) section
'wallThickness' = thickness of body wall
'inletFillet' = inlet edge radius (relative to 'wallThickness')
Change these parameters within Fusion 360 and see what you can make! This is a neat intro to parametric modelling. The suction inlet on the side of the venturi tube is referenced to the mid-section diameter and
