Future fin box installation router jig

Router bits used:
1/4 inch straight flute
1/2 inch

see pics for explanation

1.place jig in the correct place to install the fin box.

2.use part '3.5mm cut' and the 'inner' to adjust router bit cut depth of the first cut (shallow base)

3.rout the first shallow base

4.use part '20mm cut' and the 'inner' to adjust router bit cut depth for the second cut

5.put the inner plate into the jig

6.rout the second time (be careful when inserting the bit into the jig)
