FX-7 Stingray

Stingrays were made in small numbers for local governments on the outer rim in the years before the mercenary incursions. They were expensive, high performance fighters made by hand on an aquatic world, with craftsmanship to match their price. However tough and reliable they were, the outbreak of hostilities meant that they would soon be outnumbered by cheaper, mass produced starfighters. Stingrays are coveted by collectors for their quality and durability, even though few examples still exist.
