G-Clamp base for locking ball-and-socket system

I really like @FedorSosnin's design and printed a few components for my own use. I bought a really cheap knock-off picam to play with and ended up finding that the ribbon cable was too short to make it easy to mount it to my printer frame without mounting my octopi first. For the time being I moved my pi to a nearby desk and have the camera just dangling off the side, and it occurred to me that a simple G-clamp would make a good generic mounting base. So here we are.
