G.E.C.V.

I made this for fun. the same goes for everything else that I've made. If you have any ideas on what I kan make and/or how I should make them, please comment. i'm running out of ideas.

G.E.C.V stands for ground effect consuming vehicle. the ground effect is less energy requing than driving and flying. It's something inbetween. the vehicle slightly floats over the ground consuming less energy. this is not a working vehicle! the ground effect is real tho.
