A replacement knob for the G1000 range knob/ joystick. Maintenance said the original Garmin knobs are expensive, so I took a crack at making one.
I recommend printing this in TPU so it can flex just enough to fit tightly. I don't know the brand of TPU I used, but I assume any should work for this part. The included files are my first design, and one with a smaller ID to fit more snugly where the original one pulled off.
It has functioned well so far, however I will be testing it more come warmer weather to determine if it can hold up to summer heat in the cockpit.
