Remix of joeostrander's G19 to G26 adapter, but this one takes inspiration from KM3 Tactical's extension and utilizes a M5 set screw to help it grab the inside of the grip.
Some filing was needed to make the fitment better and ensure there were no gaps between the frame and the extension.
