I had ordered some Logitech brake/accelerator pedals on eBay for $40, but the seller mailed me a broken steering wheel instead! Turns out it was an easy fix though.

This is a replacement encoder wheel for a Logitech G27 force feedback steering wheel. The original encoder wheel is prone to cracking, at which point the wheel no longer functions. There's replacement wheels made out of brass available on the internet, but what's the fun in that?

There are several other models for this repair, but I decided to make my own. All the other models I've seen attempt to re-create the original encoder wheel but put the recess on the wrong side! Instead, I modified the design to completely omit the recess, and tweaked some other parameters to make it easier to 3D print. Seems to work for me!
