I will be adding some new versions of parts soon but it is fully functional at the moment.
(I'm also planning on designing a f1 style wheel that will be fully 3d printed and also integrate well into this design)
This is a 3d printed Quick release that is fully 3d printed (other than 3 M5x20 bolts and 3 nuts).
I had seen others that use bike seat post clamps, however I did not have any so designed a better one, as this only needs a 90 degree rotation of a smoothly running "lock" and the wheel slides out easily.
I do recommend a bit of grease to be applied to the sliding area of the lock part to ensure smooth movement.
It may seem some of the holes are not all the way through, this is due to a 0.2mm layer that is designed to help with some of the longer bridges, these can be broken through when pushing the screws in.
No parts need supports however I do recommend some in the gaps of the shaft of the "Wheel mount" to not need any filing done to remove sagging material.
