G2S Flying Extruders

This is a flying extruder system intended for use with my [3-Bearing Carriages](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1620524) on the Geeetech Delta G2S. It includes provision for attaching a counterweight to carry the additional weight of the extruder motors.

The greatly shortened Bowden tubes produce better control of filament retraction and may allow printing with some flexible filaments.

I used 1/8" bungee chord to suspend the extruder platform between the carriages.
