G90 Tuning Knob

The tuning knob on my Xiegu G90 is a little small for smooth turning so I designed a simple larger knob to sit on top of the stock one. This one is much easier on the fingers and is easier to do fast scrolling through the dial.

I printed at .1 resolution so that the rounded edges were smoother to the touch.

I used supports for the inside because my printer seems to have some issues printing over empty space. Your mileage my vary.

The knob fits perfect on my radio without modification. You may need to sand out the inside or put a layer of thin tape on it depending on your printer. Alternatively scale up or down.
