Gaggia MDF Doserless Mod

This is an extensive remix. I did not want to hack away at my original body but still wanted to make it doserless and reduce retention. So i recreated the body and support of the original design. It still requires the funnel from [rrrlasse](https://www.thingiverse.com/rrrlasse/designs)

I decided to create a single part for the slanted bottom part which therefore requires adding some support. Could be worth splitting it further into 2 parts.

You can see that i also tried to keep the original top dial cover (black on the pic). this is not a perfect fit with my designed body but does work.

Original screws should still fit.

WARNING: on my print the hole for the switch was not perfectly positioned and therefore the wires were touching the engine fan. i had to bend the 2 contacts on the inside of the switch to avoid destroying them. In this version i moved the placeholder for the switch but did not reprint it given the required 60 hours print job
