Blank case for a Samsung Galaxy s4.
Has a small slot connected to the speaker hole as shown in the second image. This allows the speaker to produce sound even if placed down on a damp surface like a glass shelf is a bathroom.
You may wish to import into SolidWorks or something, cut something into the back and print that for a custom case.
This took many tries (and failures) to get right but I got there in the end.
