Galileo

In this assignment we were to design our own spaceship first on paper and then create it on solidworks. We could design anything we wanted for a spaceship, but we had one condition which was to incorporate something that already exists. My design is inspired by the traditional flying saucer. The item I incorporated in my flying saucer is those toy capsule you get from a one or two dollar vending machine. The toy capsule was the perfect shape to use as a dome for my flying saucer because I really wanted people to be able to look inside the flying saucer.
