GameCube Pluto-IIx mount for DOL-101

Modeled after the DOL-001 Pluto-IIx mount, which won't quite fit correctly on the DOL-101 revision, this mount makes for a much better fit and finish for an HDMI mod on a GameCube. I designed it for use with just 2 M2*8mm screws. Link to the ones I used. Print, with supports, out of PLA or PETG. PLA will give a bit more support as there isn't too much to anchor to within the console. You will have to snip the post near the mounting location, flush with the surrounding area, and reuse the 2 screws from the holes to mount. You will also have to completely remove the original AV port, but done carefully enough, it should be completely reversible. I was able to accomplish this with just a soldering iron and a manual pump. I am hoping to help generate more love for the later revision that is often left behind due to its lack of a digital out.
