GAMING MOUSE

I set out to re-examine what constitutes a gaming mouse. I imagined that it would need to be shape that was inviting and comfortable for long gaming sessions so I designed the contours to be comfortable and natural taking up more of the dead space under the palm that exists in current designs without having to be overly bulking. Its lines are clean and modern having market that might bridge markets between the gamer and average consumer. It would still cater to the gamer have 5 programable buttons that could be configured to set optical DPI settings for game-play accuracy and other specialized functions that are accessible by the thumb but out of the way. The thumb has a comfort cradling contour and soft rubber pad to contact. The scroll wheel is rubber as are the five buttons. The rest of the body is plastic. The most striking feature of this design is the light ring around the ridge of the mouse that can be changed to suit mood or mode. It might also be used to indicated power level.
