Gantry Levelling Block (Material Saving Version)

I designed this tool to allow easy levelling of the X-axis gantry for i3 structure printer, e.g. Anet AM8, Prusa i3 mk3 and Creality Ender 3. Most of the X gantry are using v slot or two smooth rod as the axis linear guide. The STL is also be edited in order to save material and printing time.

Over time, the gantry can tilt due to the stepper motors going out of sync. Simply place under the gantry on either side of the printer, undo the grub screws on the motor couplers and lower the gantry by hand onto the tools. Rotate the leadscrews to settle them and re-tighten the grub screws. Raise the gantry and remove the tools.

Please remember to remove this tools after the gantry levelling process as this part will prevent gantry from moving down.
