DIVIDING DRIVERRRR! From the awesome anime series The King of Braves: GaoGaiGar comes its most useful tool, the Dividing Driver, sized for use with many Transformers figures.
This was sized specifically to fit the 2010 Generations deluxe class Scourge figure, but it will fit any figure with a standard 5mm peg hole in the hand that has sufficient clearance to attach it. Sizing it up or down should be easy enough, though you'll have to make sure the handle peg remains 5mm.
Some details on mine are painted, but it's divided up so most of it can be printed in color.
An assembly diagram is provided, though it should be simple enough to figure out. Glue may or may not be required, depending on settings, though the "lights" and "vents" parts are likely to need a bit. All parts are oriented in my recommended printing orientations, but you know your printer best!
