Garage flap for EV cable

If you have an Electric car and a garage, you may need am opening in the garage door to pass the recharge cable from inside to outside.
My concern was also to have an opening in the garage door that isolate for cold air when the cable is going through that hole
This composed of three part
1) the chassis that hold the cable hole
2) the flap that close the hole when there is no cable
3) a closing piece inserted from the inside that isolate from cold when cable is inserted
