I always get frustrated trying to pick up my dogs poop in the yard when the wind blows the bag closed on me. I printed this as a way to hold the bag open while I'm scooping poop but it could be useful for anytime you need to hold open a garbage bag like tidying up garbage that's lying around, or picking up after a party. Assembly is easy, simply place the garbage bag inside the handle and then place the lid on top. The lid should be snug and somewhat tough to get on at first. Make sure you test the weight it can handle. If the bag gets too heavy the lid can pop off and drop the bag (very much not ideal if it is full of dog poop :) ).
