Garbage Can Lid Fix

This was my first 3D print design so it can probably use some improvements.

My garbage can lid broke where the rod that pushes it up connects to it. It is a pretty common stainless steel can with a black top.

The rib broke so this is designed to slide over the rib as a reinforcement. The plastic liner in the can may need filed down a little to allow enough clearance for the lid to close.

I did use a lot of super glue to hold this on and it has been holding up for over a year now.
