Feel free to download and change size or anything else.
Not really PlugnPlay but maybe with some adjustments it will fit also to your garbage.

I recommend turning the rod by 180° when printing, so no support needed.
For the ball head adapter it is better to print it with support, as this ensures stability.

Print settings:
Some defaullt settings with additional infill for stability will be fine.
