These are a collection of connections to join pipes to make garden net supports using press cleaning pipes from a printing press.
I have a supply of pipes used at work and collected them before being dumped I needed a way to join them up.
After a number of designs I came up with a pintable design which could be used, I printed in both PLA and ABS and printed at infil from 70% to 90% to make them very strong. I printed PLA on glass no raft and infil set to 70% using strong glue sticks to hold it to the table. I made the bottoms of the joints flat to enable them to stick better. However when switching to ABS versions I used a raft to prevent warping and help hold them to the table. I did not use my active fan during printing. and printed these on a CTC printer with upgraded extruders. which enabled better filerment feeding when using ABS. The door file can have a metal rod inserted to make hinges or hinge files can be merged ontop by adding and positioning them in place like the film
