Attach a garden saw (tree pruner) to a bamboo stick.
You will probably need to make adjustments in the attached OpenSCAD .scad file to match your specific saw. I tried to use zip ties but they weren't strong enough. Hose clamps are much stronger.
.scad file requires BOSL2 library.
