Garmin 4DV sunshield/splashguard

V3 file added - changed orientation to print without supports as per dergutehirte's remix for the 4/4dv+ (Good spot mate, totally missed that!)

V2 file added - increased width by 3mm to give better fit. part is 110x98x70mm (LxWxH)

Final version printed in ABS at 0.2mm layer height, 20% infill +1% all axis increase to account for shrinkage. supports are needed for flat roof overhang but the angled section of roof doesn't need them. print took 6 hours.

prototype printed in PLA at 0.3mm layer height, print took 3.5 hours.

the sun/splash guard is designed to simply slide on and off the unit with no further fixing necessary. Whilst i've labeled it for the Striker 4DV, it may well fit the 4 and possibly 4plus as they appear to use the same casing but without having the units to measure I can't say for sure. the measurements for the 4DV are as follows 90x17.5mm (length isn't really important). you could always alter the dimensions in your slicing software to get it to fit if they
