Garmin Edge Remote Mount

Handlebar mount for Garmin edge remote. Designed to fit 22.2mm bars, and requires 1 M3x0.5mmx15mm screw as well as a press in threaded insert (Mcmaster Part Number: 94510A511). The hole for the threaded insert is 4mm in diameter, 5.8mm deep and has an opening for a flange of 5.56mm in diameter. The insert is pressed in from the side the remote mounts on and the screw goes into the clamp band. In order to minimize the stress on the layer joints when pressing on the remote or the release lever it is best to print in the orientation shown. The design was made to flex properly for remote retention and release with PTEG, and 100% infill, 0.4mm Nozzle and 0.12mm layer thickness. On my Bambu P1S the included image of the supports seems to be the best for good prints.

Update: it prints even better and stronger in abs with 0.08mm layer thickness.
