This part is designed and to be 3D printed in metal. It is printed out in Stainless Steel 316L and heavily over engineered. I printed this in my school for free, but its only available in SS316L. The resultant weight is about 55g, not that light, but its extremely strong and durable. It's designed to withstand both my Garmin and Cycliq camera.
Design is done in Fusion 360, and shape is auto generated using AI.
You may print it out using Craftcloud in aluminium at a very resonable price. I have not tried testing with polymer printing. Printing in Polycarbonate or Nylon may work. I would not recommend printing out in PLA unless for prototyping.
If you have access to a metal 3D printer, orientate upright. This print was done on my school's Renishaw AM400
