Garmin Nuvi 40 bracket

Added the protruding notches to fit into the top and bottom of the Nuvi model 40. Now, locks into place and doesn't slide in the bracket. Also added three protruding dimples to the hole area so the ball fits tighter.

Take your time removing the supports from the back hole area.
