Garmin seatpost mount

One-sided foam was added to where the plastic will touch the seat post.
Make sure the screws you use to bolt the puck in place aren't too long so it scratches your Seatpost.
You can modify the design to use threaded inserts but I didn't have any on hand.
Let me know if I should modify and reupload a design with threaded inserts.
