Garrard Headshell Holder v2

This is version 2 and likely the final of this design.

This is a headshell holder for Garrard MPM series headhells. Specifically MPM3/4/5. This may work with the earlier brown ones but I do not have one to test.

It looks similar to the original but there are a few changes.
* The barrels have been countersunk almost all the way into the pedestal
* Keys have been added to positively locate the headshells
* Provision for an (optional) Garrard script badge

As above the design here contains two versions of the holder. One has holes for adding the badge and the other does not.
