Gas Can Spout

This is a simple gas can spout in testing. Designed to have a 3/4" inner Dia. hose go on the nipple with a hose clamp/corbin clip. This was drawn in CAD2019, included original design drawings which has all the steps I did for if you want to create your own version or remix mine. If you need a different thread pattern let me know and we can work something out. Advised to print out of HDPE if you have it but nylon or ABS should be fine as well.

V0-03: I have added the Nozzle portion of the cap, this part will need to be printed with supports. Designed to have a rubber o-ring go up around bottom part of nozzle pressed firmly up to the overhang. When the cap is screwed down around the nozzle the o-ring will get squished down to the top of the gas can and create the needed seal for gas not to leak out the cap. Use 3/4" CLEAR hose for the spout and cut to desired length(Clear is so you can see the fluid leave the can, if you do not care about that then do not wo
