Part weighs ~633g where the original was ~2050. I do not have access to FEA for optimization of strength/weight, or for support evacuation. There are two types of "laval" nozzles shown. One simple type on all internal cavaties, and a better revolved version shown on only one of the center cavities, that would require optimization. Without knowing more of the interfaces, it is most likely that additive mfg is not the optimal solution for this part. It is possible the base could be left off, allowing this part to be produced via MIM, saving substantial time and cost. The intent is to print the part in a DMLS (assuming EOS) machine with large voids within the part where the non sintered metal powder can be evacuated through the holes provided by pumping fluid through the part while in an ultrasonic tank. Sintered supports should not be required as I assume the form of the inside of the voids need not be held to a super tight tolerance.
