After topology optimization process optimum material distiribution occured and optimization process took 20 iteration to solve this optimization problem. As seen in pictures unnecessary materials removed from bracket component. Optimization process took 07:50 minute with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz 6144 MB RAM computer and new weight calculated 820 grams from new mesh structure. (This weight can be change after new CAD design because of variant design challenges). I run topology optimization analyses for all load conditions but i choose first load condition’s result geometry. Because after static analyses i found that first conditions had the highest stress results. You can find the displacement and stress results in the pictures.
