Gear-drive

For my Marine Biology Class, we are studying alternative energy and working on a project to create energy from wind power. Working on creating a gear system to generate more energy with the small fan and motors I have. This work is not finished, but part of a larger project.

Gears were made with: http://geargenerator.com/
the SVG file was modified in inkscape (https://inkscape.org/en/) on a Macbook
and the rest of the design was done in Tinkercad

with much of my school related designs I like to use freeware and online applications to provide as much access as possible for my students.
