Gear Strap (Flexible TPU)

I couldn't find a good TPU-based strap that also used rigid plastic for the buckle so I made one. I designed this specifically for my skis, so the strap is a little on the thicker side.PrintingPrint the buckle and the peg in PETG or PLA and print the strap in TPU (or similar). The 325mm strap maximizes the bed size for the 256mm printers. I made some smaller straps as well.AssemblyOnce you've printed, insert the strap into the buckle and then stick the peg through. The peg was designed with zero tolerance so that it holds in place - so you will have to give it some force to get it in place.
