Gearbug modified Little Gears

The little gear supplied with the orginial design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1720192) had a too large inner diameter for all the motors I had at hand. I modified the design in FreeCad. A few inner diameters are supplied as STLs, more can easily be generated via the supplied Freecad file. Simply modify the variable in the spreadsheet (within FreeCAD) and export a new STL.

This model only works to make the holes smaller (because material is added in the design). If you need a bigger hole, it needs to be changed to cut away material from the solid created from the mesh of the original model.

Marked as work in progress as the STLs are currently printing.
