Geared Fidget Spinner

Tolerances aren't great, gear is loose, and they have a little too much vertical space (though, as a side benefit, they are really fun when shaken a little, so I'll see it as a feature ).

Here is a list in detail of "problems" that exists:
- Distance between gear is greater than what it should be (slightly on purpose because I didn't expect my printer to be too accurate (though it was more than I expected so there is more than a little bit of slack, occasionally jams)
- Too much vertical space left. The gears have 4 mm of room above them (2 mm each side in cad).
- Male plate pegs are sized to my tolerances (still had to file off little bits of filaments, maybe consider checking the dimensions if you have a really accurate printer.
