Fully printable Sith holocron. Corners are mechanically linked so they spin together.
Assembly instructions:
1. Print quantities as listed in the file name. I recommend using Prusaslicer's automatic painted supports for the gears.
2. Install gear-2 in each of the 3 body corners (it slides right in)
3. Press the 3x gold side triangles onto the 3x gear-2
4. Orient gold side triangles so they sit flat on the ground
5. Install gear-1 into the top body half (it slides in)
6. Press the gold top triangle onto gear-1
7. Make sure your corners are still aligned! Press the body corners together, then press the top triangle onto the corners to link gears
8. Install the bottom body flat to tie the body together
9. Spin the top triangle. You may need to run your gears in a little, but everything should spin together. If not, peel the body open and adjust or add grease
10. Glue the red body and top triangle windows on for a splash of color
You can get some neat translucent effects
