Geeetech A10 Adjustable Y Endstop

I wanted an adjustable y endstop for my A10 but the Ender 3 y endstop from Jonasen (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2879245 mine is largely inspired from this design) had holes that didn't line up with the pins on the endstop board that came with the A10 so I adjusted the holes in tinkercad.
