Geeetech A10T Small modifications

I decided to play safe with the PTFE tubes, they are known to become loose at the lower end of the Hot end so I did the captive hotend mod. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3671940

I found it hard to find the memory card slot without actually looking so i made a little surround and its held with double sided tape.

I also made a filament storage box, but the plastic tube I had was 42mm not the size in the original design, so I created a 42mm tube mount held by 3 3mm bolts.
