(Table saws are dangerous. All tinkering with this and the use of this are at the end users own risk.)
Such a great table saw, originally made in Canada, alas no longer in production.
As such, very few plate inserts can be purchased.
I do make them out of wood as many do, but this seemed like a fun thing to do, and it worked out far better than I'd imagined. So for the time being, I'm using this one.
Personally I printed this with a brim, because you want to go for a no warp flat as hell scenario. So trim that off once it's printed.
There's tabs cut out to allow the plate to recess. Into the 1mm holes you should be able to work in a longer grub screws to act as levelers.. Likewise, on the user end there's a hole to accept a screw or threaded bolt to snug up any slop. I found with this, and because I also use suction at the table, I don't require any additional hold downs on the output side where there can sometimes be a little tab.
