Many of the newest AIOs don't allow enough airflow to gaming PC mobo VRMs. This generic VRM fan bracket allowed me to connect a 60mm Noctua fan from the rear 120mm fan to cool the VRMs on the motherboard. It will hold most sizes of fan, I could connect two 60mm fans, if needed.
I used regular fan screws; however, my back fan had a slight vibration when the PLA was directly against it, so I used two tiny rubber offsets on the screws. Your experience may vary.
