Geo-Vase V2

This was one of many models I created with SCAD.Parametric modelling is a great deal of fun. When I was getting acquainted with Open Scad this was one of the early attempts I launched.The vase is created by first making a circle out of triangular faces, then translating copies of the ring of faces through an arc to form the geoid shape. I have also used parabolas and curves to translate the rings.I finished the model by spraying it with lacquer.
