Hello! Welcome to the Geodesic Dome home page for all your geodesic dome home needs. I only make one geodesic dome, but hopefully it is good enough for your needs.
For proper assembly, please print:
-5Peg (6)
-6Peg (10)
-4Peg_Right (5)
-4Peg_Left (5)
The above quantities are correct if you avoid printing my keystone print, which I recommend you skip.
For proper EMT lengths, grab:
-(30) pieces of 3/4" EMT conduit (mine are 42", yours can be any length)
-(35) pieces of 3/4" EMT conduit (mine are 47.375", yours can be original length+5.375")
Each of these pieces needs to be uniform in length, and have two drill holes on the same side, each 0.5" from the end. To ensure proper cutting and drilling, I recommend printing my EMT cutting jigs:
-EMT Jig 1
-EMT Jig 2
-EMT Lever (2)
Use any nail or screw you have lying around to create the axle for the lever. The conduit used to hold the two jigs together should be 0.25" shorter than your required length. To cut the pipe
