Geodesic Icosahedron

Last week I watched a video that demonstrated how to design an icosahedron in Fusion 360. This gentleman's technique was so simple and he presented it so well. I had to try it myself.

Then I used his techniques to create the components to make this little geodesic sphere.

This was my first attempt to design and print one of these. My hope is to used what I learned here and build a 2v geodesic dome.

A skirt adhesion was used when printing the vertices.
The edges were difficult to keep in place while printing but I did not want to use full adhesion. So I made my own and it worked great.
